Lower lid blepharoplasty has such power to improve the youthful appearance of a face. This beautiful patient of mine had bulges of fat that made her look tired. We used a transconjunctival approach to re-drape the fat and smooth out the lid to cheek junction. 

This is an overly technical way to say that we smoothed the bags out and she is looking so much younger.
