This patient complained of the loose skin in her neck and under her chin. She was unhappy with the jowls that were starting to form as well as the hallows in her upper eye. Dr. Collins performed a deep plane lamellar high SMAS facelift with fat grafting to her cheeks and upper lids to restore her natural youthful beauty. She has restoration of her mandibular border to give her a youthful and pretty jawline and restoration of her facial volume. The fat grafts along her superior orbital rim (upper eye area) corrects the sunken eye look that contributed to her aged appearance.
