This young patient had multiple complains about her breasts. She had noticeable asymmetry and ptosis (sagging) of her breasts. She also did not like the size of her breasts. At her young age of 26, she felt that having these large and pendulous breasts made her look older and “matronly”. Using techniques of breast reduction, Dr. Collins was able to lift and reduce her breasts. Removing more tissue from her left breast evened out the size as well and gave her better symmetry and a more youthful appearing breast contour.
