this 33 year old lady had a 350cc implant placed in the dual plane. In this technique, a sub muscular (sub pectoral) pocket is created and the edge of the pectorals muscle is divided from the sternum so that it reflects upward allowing the implant t one under the muscle in the top portion and under the breast tissue in the bottom so that it sits perfectly in the footprint of the natural breast.
