Case Details
This more mature patient had loose skin and a modest degree of breast ptosis (or sagging). Placing the implant under the breast allows the device to fill the space and smooth out the loose tissue. With a small amount of ptosis and the nipples in the right place, augmentation without a lift was a great answer for this patient. She has a beautiful shape and a rejuvenation of her breasts and has avoided the more extensive scarring that comes from adding a mastopexy to the procedure.
