This lady did not like the shape of her breasts. She felt that they were too wide and there was a lot of tissue under her arms. She did not like the position of her nipples which were pointing inwards and too low on her breast. She had a bilateral breast list and “auto-augmentation” meaning that the excess fat that she didn’t like under her arms was rotated in to her breast and used as an “implant” to augment her breasts without using a prosthetic implant.
