This beautiful 19 year old lady presented for a breast lift and reduction. She felt as if her breasts were too long and made her look old. She was in great shape, but felt as if she had to buy clothing that was two sizes too big just to fit her breasts. We did a breast reduction with lift, removing over 500 grams of tissue from each breast. Her breasts were reshaped and reduced and now they are more balanced with the rest of her body. Here at 1 year post op, her scars are barely perceptible.
