Bilateral breast reduction is a similar operation to a breast lift. Both procedures lift and shape the breast, placing the nipple in a more aesthetically pleasing location. One involves removal of more breast tissue and fat, the other involves rearranging and shaping the breast while leaving most of the tissue to maintain the size of the breast.
