After doing an additional year of specialty fellowship in breast and body contouring in Jackson Mississippi, Dr. Collins gained a tremendous amount of experience with “extreme breast reductions” This means reductions over 1500 grams in many cases. With this experience, Dr. Collins is able to achieve nice cosmetic results in even the most difficult circumstances. This young lady had back, neck and shoulder pain due to the large size of her breasts. She came for relief of that problem. Indeed we achieved that goal (relief of her pain and the symptoms of her large breasts), but at the same time, her cosmetic result was just as important to Dr. Collins who delivered on that expectation as well. By removing slightly more tissue from the patient’s right breast, Dr. Collins was able to correct the asymmetry while reducing both sides and giving a lifted and rejuvenated breast.
