This beautiful patient felt that the excess skin in her upper and lower lids were making her look old and haggard. She felt, as so many do, that her looks did not match what she was feeling inside. She wanted something quick and simple to restore some of her youthful looks and she wanted to avoid the operating room. We performed an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty in the office and then fat grafts to the cheeks to blend the transition between the lower lid and upper cheek. She had a beautiful result and then subsequently  went on to do a laser resurfacing treatment on her skin to address the fine lines and wrinkles. (that case can be found under a different tab.)
