Lower lid bags are a common complaint. This can mean anything from dark circles under the eyes, to bags and pouches under the eyes, to excess crepey skin that hangs down. In this lovely lady, her fat bags along with her excess skin required surgical correction. She had a lower lid blepharoplasty with fat grafting to her cheek to blend junction between the lower lid and cheek.
