Comprehensive Facial Rejuvenation With a Deep Plane Facelift

This patient, an avid motorcycle rider with a history of extensive sun exposure, presented with pronounced changes across her face and neck. Her concerns required an individualized plan addressing tissue sagging, facial volume loss, and heaviness around her eyes.
