This patient had an endoscopic brow lift, upper and lower lid blepharoplasty, lower face and neck lift, upper lip lift and fat grafting to her face for full face rejuvenation. Following her surgery, she began a series of photo facials to correct pigment problems that had accumulated over the years through sun exposure. This process is ongoing, but she is already showing improvement in the dyschromia (freckles and sun spots) that had bothered her. Once a year, we will do a Halo resurfacing laser to continue to maintain good skin elasticity. In addition to her skin care regimen, this will keep her younger looking for longer.
