This lovely patient presented for what she said was her “one last time” to tighten everything up and let herself look the way she feels inside. Is there an age that is too old to do a facelift? Not really….as long as you are healthy and can have anesthesia for a few hours, you can be cleared by anesthesia to have the surgery.

This lovely patient is 6 months out from her facelift.

We did an endoscopic brow lift, upper and lower lid blepharoplasty, lower face and neck lift with facial fat grafting to achieve this result.

Next we are considering doing a croton oil peel to improve the tone and texture of her skin and to restore some elasticity that has been lost due to sun damage.
