A mommy makeover can mean a number of different things involving correction of problems caused by pregnancy. Most often this involves surgery of the breast and abdomen, but can also involve other areas of the body.  In this case, this patient complained of sagging breasts and excess fat and skin on her abdomen. To correct her issues, an augmentation mamma-platt with mastopexy were performed at the same time that the patient had a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). In one surgery, all areas of complaint were fixed with one recovery.
